When you call, they will be looking for:
Your personal information (name, address, phone number, etc.)
Your policy number
Date, time and description of loss (fire, theft, accident, etc.)
Details of police or fire authorities involved (name, badge number, phone number, etc.)
Details of any third party (name, address, phone number, drivers license number, name of insurance company, policy number, vehicle details, etc.)
